Introduction

Welcome to Meta Marketplace "Platform", operated by Moonbeam Technologies ("Company", "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and services provided by Moonbeam Technologies. By accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 

1. Definitions

  • User:  Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.

  • Buyer: A User purchasing products through the Platform.

  • Seller: A User listing products for sale on the Platform.

  • Services: All features, tools, and resources provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old. 

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3 Account Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. 

  • Any activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 

4. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree: 

  • Not to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing products.

  • Not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

  • Not to violate any applicable local, national or international laws.

5. Transactions

  • The Company facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers but is not an intermediary to these transactions.

  • Users agree to process payments through the approved method, and agree to payment through smart contract upon completion of collection and receiving goods.

  • Any disputes arising from transactions are to be resolved between the Buyer and Seller. 

6. Fees

  • The Company reserves the right to charge fees for additional new services, these include, but are not exclusive to;

    • Quality Assurance ​

    • Transportation and Logistics

    • Transaction processing costs

  • All parties will pay annual fees that may rise with standard inflation. ​

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and materials, is owned by or licensed by Moonbeam Technologies. 

  • Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission. 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Moonbeam Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 

  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: 

  • You breach these Terms.

  • Your actions harm the integrity of the Platform or other Users. 

  • You act in a fraudulent and illegal manner. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
